SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

WHEREAS I, EDUARDO A. BOQUILON, JR., Filipino, of legal age,

and a resident of Lot 14, Block 4, Scions, Kauswagan, Cagayan de Oro City,
am the Assignee of a Loan Agreement between Monte de Piedad Savings
Bank and Joy O. Dadole. As assignee of the rights of Monte de Piedad
Savings Bank, I have the full authority over all claims, rights, title, interest
and all the credits of Monte de Piedad Savings Bank under the original Loan
and Mortgage Agreement.

IN VIEW THEREOF, and by reason of my physical absence, I do hereby

name, constitute, and appoint my wife, MARJOREY EUNICE E. MORENO,
Filipino, of legal age and a resident of the same address, to be my true and
lawful attorney-in-fact, for me and in my name, place, and stead, to:

i. APPLY for a water service line from the Cagayan

de Oro City Water District (COWD);

ii. APPLY for an electricity service line from

CEPALCO at the soonest possible time;

iii. APPLY for a phone or internet connection with

PLDT;

iv. SIGN for and in my behalf papers and/or

documents necessary for the water and
electricity connection facilitated by COWD and
CEPALCO, PLDT respectively;

v. To have any of these utility services CUT OR

TERMINATED upon her instance and discretion,
and to the exclusion of others who are not
purported to be the legitimate assignees of
Balikatan Housing Finance Inc., (BHFI) whose
authority can be traced to Monte de Piedad
Savings Bank, the original party to the Loan
Agreement.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my said attorney-in-fact full

power and authority to do and perform all and every act requisite or necessary
or proper to be done as fully to all intents and purposes as I might or could
lawfully do if personally present and acting in person, with full power of
substitution and revocation; and,

 HEREBY RATIFYING AND CONFIRMING all that my said attorney
or his substitute shall lawfully do or cause to be done by virtue of these
presents.
