Facebook is an entity that has been cited by 79 Civil Rights and Media Groups in the
past year for unlawful censorship of oppressed peoples. This censorship is in direct
violation of the company’s stated Terms of Service. These organizations include the
Center for Media Justice, the Color of Change and even the NAACP – who called for a
boycott just last month in December, 2018.

Meanwhile Facebook’s own VP of Diversity resigned in December noting that the racism
on the platform echoes the racism within the company, including people being accosted
by security. When he wrote his post, true to form Facebook deleted it until he
complained.

Christopher King, JD is a Civil Rights activist who has successfully sued and exposed
governments and corporations for Civil Rights and wage violations for employees he
trained. He also holds a Mayoral Commendation for his First Amendment work in New
Hampshire, the whitest of all States.

Facebook has repeatedly put him in “Facebook Jail” for a month at a time for events that
he can prove do NOT constitute hate speech at all. In some of these posts he was
criticizing Facebook for being….. racist.

He sued Facebook in November, prompting a major hearing at King County Superior

Court before Judge John Ruhl on 15 February 2019 at 11:00am. Facebook is claiming
that they can force King to sue in Northern California and that they have absolute
immunity under the Decency in Communications Act, 47 U.S.C. §230. King says he has
case law that proves neither of these Defenses are valid and notes that at least one
Establishment lawyer David K. Lukmire agrees with him. Attorney Lukmire has written
briefs for the likes of Facebook and Microsoft by the way.

**********
King has been running courtroom video since before the days of the Internet and is one
of a class of one when it comes to shooting candid Courtroom video in several states
and putting it on YouTube, raw and unedited. There is an Internet mafia that is trying to
keep his voice down. The Seattle Stranger refuses to even talk with him, for example.

Now is the time to rally and to start active local groups who care about Social Justice,
Fairness, Censorship, Compassion and Love to come together and start networking at
the Hearing, which will be set to video and shared in social media and at his Roku TV
channel, “Corruption Meets Camera.”
