Affidavit

I, __________________________ do hereby solemnly affirm and state as

follows:-

1. That I am Chief Manager of the Respondent Bank and as such I am well

acquainted with the facts and circumstances of this case.

2. That I have gone through the contents of the reply on behalf of respondents to

the petition on behalf of claimant, have understood the same and the fact

stated herein are true to my knowledge and information based on the records

of the bank relating to this case.

3. That the Annexures are true photocopies of their respective originals.
