Check defective concrete/honey Combs are

removed

Check edges of all repairs should be cut vertically to

minimum depth of 10mm

Check all repairs areas shall be cleaned, sound and
compaction
free from all dust, loose material and oil/grease
marks.

Check repair mortar mixing for consistency.

Check thickness of application exceeds 50mm

thickness and shall be applied in layers , each layer
not exceeding 40mm thick.
