Description Range and step

This parameter activates the RAN3228 CS Call Re-establishment over Iur

feature. With this feature serving RNC can re-establish a dropped CS voice 0: CS call re-establishment over Iur disabled
call over Iur in drift RNC.
1: CS call re-est over Iur for anchoring enabled
The parameter has option for CS call re-establishment over Iur with SRNS
2: CS call re-est over Iur with SRNS reloc enabled
relocation or in anchoring mode.

The CS voice call re-establishment with SRNS relocation works in Nokia

RNC - Nokia RNC Iur Interface for rel-9 and newer UE's, if the feature has
been activated in both SRNC and DRNC. For rel-8 and older UE's the CS call
re-establishment over Iur is done by anchoring even if the relocation mode is
selected, because of the UE compatibility problems.

CS voice call re-establishment over Iur for anchoring works both in Nokia
RNC - Other Vendor's RNC Iur interface and in Nokia RNC - Nokia RNC Iur
Interface. For rel-8 and older UE's the CS call re-establishment over Iur is
done in anchoring, because of the UE compatibility problems.

This parameter identifies whether a neighbouring RNC supports the 0: Not supported
relocation of SRNC or not. 1: Supported

This parameter provides the Cell_FACH state Serving RNC Relocation 0: Not supported
Support of the neighbour RNC. 1: Supported

The parameter defines if it is allowed to move the UE directly from Cell_PCH

0: false
to Cell_DCH using the RRC:CELL UPDATE CONFIRM message.

1: true
Case-specific decision for direct Cell/URA_PCH to Cell_DCH state transition
is made by using the CUCEcNoThreshold (CPICH Ec/No Threshold Value
For CUC Usage) parameter.
The RRC connection re-establishment timer used for service-types allowing
notably shorter re-establishment times than the UE-timer T315. Currently this 0: 0s
timer is used for CS service bearers only.
1: 2s
UEs prior 3GPP REL6 use this timer also for supervising the RRC connection
re-establishment of standalone (NAS) signaling connection towards both the 2: 4s
CN domains.
3: 6s
This parameter is part of System Information Block 1. 4: 8s
5: 12s
6: 16s
7: 20s
The radio link failure timer (MS timer). 0...15 s, step 1 s
0: 0 s
1: 10 s
2: 30 s
3: 60 s
