Information about enterprise

"Shevchenko Foodstuff Factory" LLC (SFF) was founded in 2001, involving 100%
Ukrainian investment. Industrial facilities of the Company are located around 30 km from Kyiv
in the village Shevchenkove. The Head office that controls and coordinates commercial,
marketing, logistics and production processes is located in Kyiv on Velyka Kiltseva str., 4.
Through a strategic approach to management and continuous improvement of production
equipment, over the last six years the Company has become one of the largest enterprises in
Ukraine producing series of food products from grain oats, wheat, barley, rye and their mixtures,
muesli on their basis, buckwheat and peas and cereal grains in the range of TM "Poprobuy!"
(Try! – in Ukrainian). Our trademark «EVERY DAY for you!» was established especially to

The real recognition came to the Company from their oatmeal "Extra." Using advanced
technologies of grain processing and modern equipment, this product is able to conserve all
useful elements and properties of starch, protein and fat, essential amino acids, biotin, B
vitamins, calcium, magnesium, phosphorus, iron and various microelements. With
environmentally friendly, high-quality raw materials we managed to get a product of the world-
class quality.
The important activity of the Company is production of a wide range of fruit muesli, which
is a complete, useful and delicious breakfast for people of different ages. The main difference of
«Every Day» mueslis is that they are based are solely oatmeal, which is the basis for tender and
soft consistency of the finished product. A successful mix with other cereals and various fruit
filling (30 - 50% of the product), create exclusiveness of the TM «Every Day» flakes and
mueslis.
It is important to stress that almost 70% of the basis muesli of other Ukrainian
producers are mixtures of cereals (2-3 cereals, rye, barley, wheat) produced by SFF and
supplied by weight.
Achieving of this goal is largely owing to the perfect storage conditions of raw materials
and high professional level of Company’s personnel, as well as to its overall high industrial
culture including strict adherence to technological discipline, use of modern management
methods and close attention to the technical conditions of production facilities and equipments.
The design of products’ packaging is not the last element in the marketing approach of the
Company.
Moreover, the product range of the company includes 13 types of groats and cereals, wheat
and barley flour of the highest and first class. Confectionery products of the TM "Desnyanochka"
presents oatmeal cookies of 7 names (classical, chocolate, sesame seeds, poppy seeds, peanuts,
coconut and raisins) as well as Italian bread sticks "Grissini" and "Italian Sushka" (chopped
breadsticks) under TM "Taste of Italy" (salted, with sesame, fennel, onions, cumin and
rosemary). This relatively new on the Ukrainian market products are produced on Italian
equipment exclusively by the Italian recipes and technology.

 In general, the range of the Company’s products has more than 80 names represented on the
shelves of almost all largest retail networks in Ukraine, as under its own brand and under the
brand names of large retailers, such as: TM "Economy product" for "Auchan", TM "Extra" in
"Fozzy" network, TM "Clever" and "Billa" in the network "Billa", TM "Top-product" and "TM
№1» in “Velyka Kyshenia”, TM "Premium" for "Silpo" and "Fora" netwoks, TM "AXA"
represents the “Lantmannen Aksa” (derivative of Swedish “Lantmännen”), as well for foreign
producers TM «VitaOats» (USA), TM «Don Ration» (Romania), TM «Green» (Israel).
In view of its sales, the Company’s products relished not only Ukrainian customers.
Significant amounts of its products exported to countries such as UK, Armenia, Georgia, Israel,
Canada, Lebanon, Moldova, Germany, Romania, Hungary, Poland, USA, Czech Republic and
some African countries, in particular to Congo. It is the real proof of the wide acknowledgment
of our products abroad.
The company has a certification on the Quality Management System according to
requirements of international standard ISO 9001.2008, and from 2015 - the System of Food
Safety Management by international standard ISO 22000.2005 (so-called
HACCP). Since 2014 - Certificate "Environmentally Friendly Product".
The Company is working now on obtaining the Management System
Certification on Protection and Safety OHSAS 18001, and the Food Packaging Safety Systems
BRC.
The consistently high quality of the Company’s products is proved by the Diploma and
Awards of the Nationwide competition "Highest Grade" and by the Award and Diploma for the
high quality of one of the world's most prestigious International Agricultural Exhibition "Green
Week" in Berlin. For significant contribution to the economic growth of Ukraine the Company
was awarded by the Ukrainian President Award “Winner of All-Ukrainian Action: Leader of
Goods and Services of Ukraine 2007". In 2010 the Company received the certificate "Frugal
Producer" according to Ukrainian conference “TradeMaster”. In 2012-2013 the Company was
awarded a Diploma of the National B2B prize "Private Label" in nomination "The best
conditions of cooperation." Almost at all the National and Sectoral exhibitions Company’s
products received diplomas and activities of the Company was awarded several times the
diplomas of Kyiv Regional State Administration and the administrations of other regions of
Ukraine.
As one of the sales promotion ways the Company uses common actions with well-known
trademarks such as «Roshen», «Nestlé» and others. For the moment SHZPT initiates the project
to organize and held in the foreign countries a number of sale-exhibitions of Ukrainian food
industry products «Ukrainian Weeks in the Largest Retail Netwoks» as well as prepares for
active participation in biggest international food exhibitions in Brussels and Paris in this October.
As one of the true leaders in its industry, the Company has plans to create its own
agricultural base for growing grain. Today, to provide a reliable high-quality raw materials
SHZPT helps farmers with the sowing material, fuel, machinery, fertilizers, finances and so on.
Special attention is devoted to the social enterprise partnership with farmers.
In the Company view the prospects for further development is laid in investing to the
development of new advanced technologies of grain processing. The management and staff of the
