SERIES 300
01 I Loaders of 300 series belong to a group of loaders with the smallest lifting capacity in the range produced by
KGHM ZANAM. They are equipped with a bucket of 1.6 m3 capacity and their lifting capacity is 30 kN. The loaders are
narrow and have a small turning radius. These features make them suitable to operate in narrow mine headings with
a width from 3.1 m They are used mainly for auxiliary works in the mines e.g. levelling, cleaning mine headings. They
may be also used for output haulage.
SERIES 400
02 I Loaders of 400 series have a bucket of 2 m3 capacity and their lifting capacity is 40 kN. They are available in two
versions: with standard height (2.2 m) and in „low profile” version of 1.75 m. Similarly to machines of 300 series they
are mainly used for auxiliary works e.g.: levelling, cleaning mine headings and they are suitable lifting works. They
may be equipped with interchangeable accessories, mounted on the quick-coupler, e.g.: concrete mixer and forks.
They may also work as standard mine loaders at output haulage and at loading haulage vehicles.
6
SERIES 700
03 I Loaders of 700 series are our newest machines with a small width - 2.33 m and a hydraulic quick-coupler for at-
taching optional accessories. In place of a standard bucket with capacity of 3.5 m3, the operator may install a flat
bucket for cleaning the space under conveyors, a transport lifting set for a belt conveyor or forks. The machines were
designed for mines with narrow headings.
SERIES 800
04 I Loaders with lifting capacity of 80 kN and bucket capacity from 3.5 m3 to 5.0 m3 produced in low - profile version
(height: 1.75 m) and standard version (height: 2.3 m and 2.65 m). The main purpose of these machines is loading
and hauling of output from mine faces, but they may be also used for auxiliary mining works. The machines with
standard height may be fitted with removable accessories, mounted on the quick-coupler, i.e.: a bucket, forks, trans-
port lifting set and a deflector.
7
SERIES 900
05 I Loaders of 900 series are equipped with buckets of capacity ranging from 3.8 m3 to 4.5 m3 and lifting capacity of 90 kN.
These machines are designed for operation in headings of low height - they are available in two heights: 1.5 m and
1.175 m. In order to improve the operational advantages of the machines when operating in higher headings, the
position of the operator’s cab may be adjusted to the height of the machine i.e. 1.75 m and 2.05 m. The machines
are used mainly for loading and haulage of output from mine faces. Lkp-0900B loader, equipped with a hydraulic
quick-coupler may be used to support the work of a mining shearer. Accessories - a bucket, forks, a boom with lifting
capacity of 3 t, a trailer for transporting pallets, a trailer for transporting wall lining elements.
SERIES 1600
06 I Loaders of 1600 series are the largest machines of this type produced by KGHM ZANAM. The main advantages of the
machines include their high bucket capacity, i.e. 8.5 m3 and their lifting capacity of 160 kN. These loaders may unload the
output at the height of 2.75 m. In this class of loaders, machines with height of 2.3 m, as it is in case of LKP-1601B, are
classified as low - profile loaders.

01 I Self-propelled drilling and roof bolting trucks are machines with one working stand and one boom, designed for drilling blast
holes (drills) and constructing expansion and adhesive anchors (roof bolting) in underground, methane-free mines of non-
-ferrous metal ore and/or minerals. The operating system of the drilling rig is equipped with a telescopic boom and a drilling
frame. The drilling frame is used for drilling blast holes with length of 1 900 mm and diameter (depending on the used rod)
ranging from Φ28 mm to Φ64 mm. The operating system of the roof bolting machine is equipped with a telescopic boom
and a bolting turret. Depending on the type of bolting turret, it is possible to construct expansion and adhesive anchors with
a length of 1.6 -2.6 m The turret may be equipped with a rotary drill or a rotary/hammer drill. Drilling and roof bolting trucks
are equipped with a shield protecting the operator’s workstation against crushing due to vertical impact on the machine with
the energy up to 60 kJ. Good stability and properly assorted drive unit enables to use this machine for exploitation in he-
adings with longitudinal (in the driving direction) inclinations up to 15° and in headings with transverse inclinations up to 8°.
