Description and Uses : A solvent free, high build, epoxy resin coating, heavy duty epoxy product specially designed for floor coating. It
is specially formulated to offer durable protection. It provides chemical and abrasion resistant finish. Excellent
for use in industrial plants, hospitals, car parks, laboratories, or any other surface where a hard and durable film
with chemical resistance required.
Special additive is added to provide fungi and algae growth resistance.
Wet heat resistance (not immersion) 100°F (38°) Fire resistance: the system will exceed the fire spread
requirements of 25 and a smoke development of 50 when tested in accordance with ASTM E84 on
asbestos cement boards.

Surface Preparation : The concrete substrate must be cured for minimum 28 days and have a moisture content of less than 5%
prior to application of epoxy coating. It is most important that the substrate must be correctly prepared prior
to application. It should be sound and free from contamination such as oil, grease, mortar and paint splashes
or any curing compound residues. Laitence can be removed by the use of mechanical methods, dust and
other debris should be removed by vacuum cleaning. Sound and clean substrate is essential to achieve
maximum adhesion. Oil and grease penetration should be removed by the use of proprietary chemical
degreaser or grinding media.
Method of Application : Thinning: An epoxy thinner is used for cleaning the paint tools only.
Stir both epoxy base and catalyst separately thoroughly, then mix together and again stir thoroughly.
The mixture must stand for at least 10 mins. before using.
Application System : Sand blasting is usually recommended vacuum blasting and grit blasting would work
as well, and furthermore it is recommended to:
Disposable : Material and all related packing should be properly disposed in accordance with the government requirements
and procedures in addition to the site requirements if applicable.
Empty can should be sent for recycling.
