Purpose
The purpose of this solution paper is to answer all related business questions and issues
corresponding to the Functional Location business event and configuration considerations.
Function locations are Organizational units that structure the maintenance objects of a company
according to functional criteria.
The structure indicator of a functional location determines the structure of the functional location label.
It establishes the following factor:

BSPHCL_SP_PM_Maintenance_Order

Master List of Equipments along with their installation location i.e. Functional Location will be provided
by GIS team with approval from BSPHCL team.

Procedure:

2. On the Change View “Definition of view profiles””; overview screen, choose New Entries.
3. Make new entries by maintaining in the following data:

4. Save your entries.
5. Choose the line with the Profile: IEQUI which you just created and choose the Activity and
layout of views folder on the left screen.

organized into groups using object types. The grouping is used to evaluate master data or maintenance
data for technical objects.
