Spanish interpreters sworn and utilized: Laura Cruz for the Mother and Millie Perez for
the Father.

Belkis Rodriguez was sworn and testified.

Lissette Serrano was sworn and testified on behalf of the Petitioner

Petitioner's exhibits 174 through 180 were entered into evidence.

Closing arguments were presented to the Court by Counsel for the Petitioner and Counsel
for the Respondent.

Court's ruling:
- The Temporary Order entered in this case will remain in place until the Final Judgment
is signed.
-Beginning 1/1/2019 Respondent to pay $20,000.00 per month in Child Support.
Payments to be direct deposited on the first of each month. Court finds the Respondent
has paid $67,410.00 and owes an arrearage of $89,581.00 to be paid by 5/1/2019.
-Respondent to pay the house mortgage off by 7/1/2019 as an allocated expense.
-Respondent to provide health, dental, vision and prescription drug coverage for children.
-Respondent to pay all educational and extracurricular activities for children. (private
school, uniforms, shoes, sports uniforms and supplies)
-Respondent to pay for DCF approved day care and will be an allocated expense.
-The Court will ratify and approve the Parenting Plan. Parties to maintain their own copy
of the Parenting Plan.
-Vacations and Birthday parties equal to that that the children of the marriage receive will
be provided to the children as an unallocated amount. Respondent to provide yearly Walt
Disney, Sea World, Universal and Orlando Science Center passes.
The Court finds the attorney bills and testimony of Ms. Downs are reasonable. Attorney
fees of $51,306.25 to be paid by 12/31/2018.
-The Court denies request for College tuition.
-Respondent to carry a $5,000,000.00 life insurance policy until the youngest child ages
out.
Mr. Hodas to draft order.
