LEADERSHIP ADVENTURE CAMP & CADAC INTERACTIVE ENGAGEMENT


ACTIVITY

To: ASDS

Project Development Officers-1/Youth Formation Coordinators

1. The Department of Education- Carcar City Division in partnership with the RAFI-
Kool Adventure Camp, Inc. (KAC) will conduct a “Leadership Adventure Camp &
CADAC Interactive Engagement Activity” to be held in KAC Adventure Education
Center in Cansomoroy, Balamban, Cebu on the following dates:

September 10-12, 2018 – SSG Officers, Identified Students-at-risk (JH/SH),


SPG & SSG Advisers
September 13-15, 2018 – Elementary & Secondary School Heads

2. The aims of this activities are the following:

a. Motivate and inspire the participants to achieve the vision;


b. Sharpen interpersonal and communication skills;
c. Understand how leadership styles affect team members and how to adjust
those styles to gain and deepen commitment; and
d. Know the truth about drug abuse and how to conduct effective drug
awareness.

3. Each School is expected to send 6 representatives for secondary and 2 representatives


for elementary, which may include SSG Officers (2), Identified Students-at-risk
(2-JH/SH), SPG/SSG Adviser, Elementary & Secondary School Heads.

4. The participants are expected to observe and bring the following:

a. General Assembly: 4:30-5:00 AM at New Carcar City Center.


b. RAFI- KAC check-in and register at 9:00 AM.
c. First meal to be served is lunch.
d. Participants are requested to stay throughout the duration of the activity.
e. Kool Adventure Camp attire.
f. Deposit Fee of P50.00 (to be returned at end of the camp).

5. Registration fee of P600.00, travel and other incidental expenses for the SSG
Officers, Identified Students-at-risk (JH/SH), SPG/SSG Advisers shall be charged to
LGU-CADAC fund, and for the School Heads’ (Registration fee-P2,400.00, travel &
other incidental) expenses shall be charged against School MOOE subject to the usual
accounting rules and regulations.

6. The PDO-1/Youth Formation Coordinators (YFC) of the School Governance


Operations Division (SGOD) will assist the KAC Staff in the conduct of the said
activities.

7. Please see attached lists of identified and RAFI-KAC confirmed participants.

8. This serves as TRAVEL ORDER.

9. Immediate and wide dissemination of this Memorandum is desired.
