Skill Level: Easy


Stitches used in Pattern:
ch-chain
st-stitch

BLO-back loops only
FLO-Front loops only
rsc-reverse single crochet
dec-decrease
FO-fasten off

This pattern is worked in the round so use a stitch marker.


To make the Head: with Buff Yarn & E Hook

Ch2
Row 1. 6sc in the 2nd st from the hook.
Row 2. 2sc in each st around-12sts.

Row 4. 1sc in 2, 2sc in the next st-24sts.
Row 5. 1sc in 3, 2sc in the next st-30sts.
Row 6. 1sc in 4, 2sc in the next st-36sts.
Row 7. 1sc in 5, 2sc in the next st-42sts.
Row 8. 1sc in 6, 2sc in the next st-48sts.
Row 9. 1sc in 7, 2sc in the next st-54sts.
Change to Warm Brown
Row 10. 1sc in the BLO in 54sts.
Row 11. 1sc in 54sts
Rows 12-16. Repeat row 10
Row 17. 1sc in 7, dec1sc around-48sts.
Row 18. 1sc in 6, dec1sc around-42sts.
Row 19. 1sc in 5, dec1sc around-36sts.
Row 20. 1sc in 4, dec1sc around-30sts.
Row 21. 1sc in 3, dec1sc around-24sts.

Put eyes in like in the photo below

Row 23. 1sc in 1, dec1sc around-12sts.


Row 24. Dec1sc until closed and FO.

To make the Chef Hat: with Red Yarn & E Hook


Ch28 join & ch1
Row 1. 1sc in 28sts, join & ch1.
Rows 2-3. Repeat row 1, FO at the end of row 3.
Working along the outside, attach red yarn with a slst & ch3.
Row 4. Wk 2dc in the FLO in each st around, join & ch3.
Row 5. 1dc in 2, 2dc in the next st around, join & ch3.
Row 6. 1dc in each st around, join & ch3.
Row 7. In the BLO wk 1dc in 2, dec1dc around, join & ch3.
Row 8. 1dc, dec1dc around, join & ch3.
Row 9. Dec1dc all the way around, join & ch3.’
Row 10. Dec1dc around until closed and FO.
Do not stuff the hat it will make it to heavy, sew the red band to
the head.
To make the Body: with Warm Brown & E Hook

To make the Stomach piece: with Buff Yarn & E Hook
Ch9
Row 1. 1sc in 8sts, ch1 & turn.
Rows 2-3. Repeat row 1
Row 4. 2sc, 1sc in 6sts, 2sc, ch1 & turn-10sts.
Rows 5-6. 1sc in 10sts, ch1 & turn.
Row 7. 2sc, 1sc in 8sts, 2sc, ch1 & turn-12sts.
Row 8. 1sc in 12sts, ch1 & turn.
Row 9. 2sc, 10sts, 2sc, ch1 & turn-14sts.
Row 10. 1sc in 14sts, ch1 & turn.
Row 11. 2sc, 1sc in 12sts, 2sc, ch1 & turn-16sts.
Rows 12-13. 1sc in 16sts, ch1 & turn.
Row 14. dec1sc, 1sc in 12, dec1sc, ch1 & turn.

Row 17. dec1sc, 1sc in 6, dec1sc, ch1 & turn.
Row 18. dec1sc, 1sc in 4, dec1sc, ch1& wk 1sc all the way around and FO.
Sew the stomach piece to the front of the doll, glue rick rack all the way around.

To make the red Legs: with Red Yarn & E Hook (make 10)

Ch2
Row 1. 6sc in the 2nd st from the hook.
Row 2. 2sc in each st around-12sts.
Rows 3-4. 1sc in 12sts
Row 5. Dec1sc 6x, stuff, dec1sc 3x and FO.
Glue a button on to the 1st red ball, repeat and continue
that until you have you have all 4 buttons on.

To make the brown top part of the Leg: with Warm


Brown & E Hook (make 2)
This will make the legs sit

Ch2
Row 1. 6sc in the 2nd st from the hook.
Row 2. 2sc in each st around-12sts.
Row 3. 1sc in 12sts
Rows 4-5. Repeat row 3
Stuff
Row 6. Join the 2 sides together by working 1sc through both sides, 1sc
in 6sts, ch1 & turn.
Rows 7-11. 1sc in each st, at the end of row 11 FO. Sew the red leg to
this piece and then sew the brown piece to the bottom of the doll.

To make the Boots: with Warm Brown Yarn & E Hook (make 2)

Row 4. 1sc in 2, 2sc in the next st-24sts.

Row 8. 1sc in 3, dec1sc around-24sts.
Row 9. Dec1sc 6x, 1sc in 18sts.
Row 10. Dec1sc 6x, 1sc in 12sts.
Row 11. 1sc in 4sts, 1sc in 14sts.
Row 12. 1sc in 18sts
Rows 13-18. Repeat row 12
Row 19. 1sc, dec1sc around and FO-12sts.To make the Ruffle:
Working along the outside of boot attach red yarn with a slst to the FLO,
ch3.
Row 20. Wk 3dc in each st around.
Change to White
Row 21. With a slst and ch1, wk 1rsc all the way around the ruffle and FO.
Stuff the boot all the way and lay the leg inside on top of the poly fiber fill
and sew in place.

Row 3. 1sc, 2sc in the next st-18sts.
Row 4. 1sc in 2, 2sc in the next st-24sts.
Rows 5-7. 1sc in 24sts
Row 8. 1sc in 2, dec1sc around-18sts.
Stuff hand
Row 9. 1sc in 18sts
Row 10. 1sc, dec1sc around-12sts.
Stuff arm as you go
Rows 11-28. 1sc in 12sts
Row 29. Dec1sc until arm is closed and FO.
