Key Projects/Initiatives:
Designed and deployed a disaster recovery solution; used the Cobian Backup and
Gbackup methodology. Used MS Office and SpiceWorks to document the client
environment as Infrastructure to facilitate re-deployment and complete the disaster
recovery scenario.
Designed a solution and implemented the Intranet, GLPI Call Opening System,
Internal Telephone Registration System and Knowledge Base for the IT sector in
partnership with the entire IT team, all the systems mentioned in this line implanted
were totally without cost.
Key Projects/Initiatives:
IT Technology Manager for Engefril Industria in the industrial sector. Responsible for
the design and implementation of the following technology domains: network and
security, computing, database systems and ERP systems (TOTVS RM). It saved an
annual cost of $ 300.000 in expenses with IT.
Designed and deployed a disaster recovery solution; used the Cobian Backup and

It designed and deployed a solution to eliminate idle and old devices, the same ones
when they reached their useful life as soon as replaced by new devices were donated
to charities or schools to develop these students to a fairer and more competitive
world by aligning technology in their knowledge.
Designed and deployed coffee with IT, twice a week we have meetings with two
employees from each sector for a social coffee and to collect information from
where we should improve the service and technology provided by the IT sector.
