which serves clients located in South America for all IT infrastructure, licensing and

IT Technology Manager / IT Administrator


Team leader and IT at BRA responsible for the advice and training of the
infrastructures team, networks and developers.
Work closely with customers to develop infrastructure adoption and migration
strategies, migration methodologies focused on best practices recommended by
Microsoft, and how to provide support in the future.
IT Technology Manager - worked with clients to design and deploy Security solutions
under the ISO / IEC 27002 Foundation.

Key Projects/Initiatives:

Designed and deployed a disaster recovery solution; used the Cobian Backup and
Gbackup methodology. Used MS Office and SpiceWorks to document the client
environment as Infrastructure to facilitate re-deployment and complete the disaster
recovery scenario.
Designed a solution and implemented the Intranet, GLPI Call Opening System,
Internal Telephone Registration System and Knowledge Base for the IT sector in
partnership with the entire IT team, all the systems mentioned in this line implanted
were totally without cost.

annual cost of $ 300.000 in expenses with IT.

Designed and deployed coffee with IT, twice a week we have meetings with two
employees from each sector for a social coffee and to collect information from
where we should improve the service and technology provided by the IT sector.
