BEHAVIORAL REPORT
JUNE
Grade: 11 Section: St. Bonaventure Date: July 2, 2018
I.INTRODUCTION
St. Bonaventure class is composed of 12 boys and 16 girls. In this class, two of the students have finished
their junior high school from other high schools. Generally observed until this time, they are cooperative and very
well behave. They are exhibiting good qualities of a typical student. The sick students are submitting their excuse
letter properly and the class secretary is diligent in keeping the class documents. The students are fairly
participating in math class discussion. They are also cooperative in other class such as Earth and life Sciences and
Foreign Language subjects. I have observed that they use their vacant time in practicing their group work
whenever available. The unfortunate disruption due to school events such as AFP symposium and others has little
effect on the academic lecture delivery.
II. MISBEHAVE
These are the list of misbehave students
a. Habitual Late
None
b. Absentee
None
c. Loitering
Minimal loitering is observed but controllable when reminded the students. Some students go outside the
classroom without permission during waiting for transition of subject on schedule.
d. Impolite/hardheaded/answering back
None have been observed or reported as of this moment. The celphone or gadgets rules and regulation
must be reiterated and imposed.
e. Cutting class
Nobody cuts their class.
g. Cleanliness
The trash can is full capacity but none had volunteered to dispose the waste. There is some littering and
still needed to remind them. During class dismissal at 5PM, the cleanliness of the classroom is maintained
and the group of scheduled cleaners is doing their duty properly.
III. COMMENDATION
The class officers are doing their classroom duties satisfactory during the past month. They are actively
participating in decision making for the whole class such as the feast day celebration. The section participated
properly in the earthquake drill last June 22, 2018.
