The University of Ghana announces that it will hold Congregation Ceremonies for students from the under-mentioned Colleges/Schools of Graduate Studies who
successfully completed their programmes in 2016. The July Congregation Ceremony will be held at the Great Hall as follows:

FRIDAY, 22ND JULY, 2016

Morning Session: 8.45 a.m. – 11.00 a.m. Afternoon Session: 1.45 p.m. - 4.00 p.m.
◊ College of Basic and Applied Sciences - (PhD/MPhil/MSc/DVM/BSc)) ◊ College of Humanities - (BSc /Diploma)

◊ College of Health Sciences - (PhD/MPhil/MSc/MPH/MBChB/BDS/BPharm/BSc) ◊ College of Humanities - (PhD/MPhil/MSc/EMBA/MBA/MPA/MA)

◊ College of Education - (MPhil/MA/BSc/BA/Diploma)

All Graduands will be provided with University souvenirs in the form of neckties
Accordingly, students who completed their programmes from the named
for males and scarves for females at registration, which they are encouraged to
Colleges/Schools of Graduate Studies and who wish to be presented during the
use on the day.
July 2016 ceremony are required to register from Friday, 8th July, 2016 to
Monday, 18th July, 2016. Those to be presented should come along with their invitation card and ensure
their two guests bring their cards as well. Admission is strictly by invitation.
Lists of graduands to be presented in July 2016 will be available on notice boards Graduands are expected to be seated in the Great Hall in the academic gown
at the Balme Library and on the University’s website, http://www.ug.edu.gh. appropriate to their degrees/Diploma, worn preferably over a suit/jacket with tie
or other suitable dress.
Graduands are required to register on-line through the University of Ghana
website, http://www.ug.edu.gh, after which they are required to pay GH¢ 200. PLEASE NOTE:
