PROYECTO (OBJETIVO)
La idea surge a partir de la necesidad de secar el chile en grandes cantidades y de manera eficiente,
sin tener que recorrer grandes distancias para cubrir esta necesidad fuera del municipio.
Al tener una Deshidratadora de chile en el municipio los productores y de los pueblos aledaños
tendrán la opción de ofrecer un producto de buena calidad al mercado a precios accesibles,
trayendo consigo mayor venta e ingresos económicos a los productores de las cosechas de chile.

PROBLEMAS
En la actualidad las empresas que se dedican a la deshidratación de alimentos utilizan la quema de
combustibles lo cual contamina el medio ambiente y desaprovecha el 65% de calor generado
disminuyendo la producción y aumentando los costos. Por lo que es necesario implementar nuevas
formas de deshidratar los alimentos utilizando energías renovables y utilizando el 85% de calor por
lo que aumentara la producción y disminuirá los costos y el tiempo requeridos en el proceso.

SOLUCIONARON
Diseñar e implementar una deshidratadora de alimento que sea capaz de sustentarse mediante
energía solar para aprovechar el 80% de calor generado y que los alimentos no pierdan sus
propiedades.La Deshidratadora de chile tendrá como mercado meta, los grandes productores de
chile del Municipio de Fresnillo
y sus alrededores.

BENEFICIOS A LA EMPRESA
El alcance inicial del proyecto era realizar de manera funcional el proyecto, donde actualmente el
alcance actual del proyecto es mejor que el planeado ya que se realizó de manera satisfactoria y
funcional el proyecto donde se tiene un gran alcance de funcionamiento y ahorro de energía.

Cambios que se tuvieron sobre la marcha del proyecto que fueron como reposicionamiento de
sensores y actuadores se contemplaron y se rediseñaron.

APRENDIZAJE
Se supo llevar de manera eficiente y ordenada la planeación del proyecto para su implementación,
donde se aplicaron los conocimientos adquiridos previamente en diferentes materias de diseño,
control, electrónica y procesos de manufactura, se aprendió a trabajar en equipo para llegar al
objetivo del proyecto y a colaborar con una empresa para aplicar el proyecto en base a sus
necesidades.
TARGET PROJECT
The idea arises from the need to dry the chili in large quantities and efficiently, without having to

By having a chili dehydrator in the municipality, the producers and neighboring towns will have
the option of offering a good quality product to the market at affordable prices, bringing greater
sales and economic income to the producers of the Chilean crops.

At present the companies dedicated to the dehydration of food use the burning of fuels which
contaminates the environment and wastes 65% of heat generated by decreasing production and
increasing costs. So it is necessary to implement new ways to dehydrate food using renewable
energy and using 85% heat, which will increase production and reduce the costs and time required
in the process.

SOLUTION
Design and implement a food dehydrator that is able to be sustained by solar energy to take
advantage of 80% of heat generated and that food does not lose its properties. The dehydrator of
chili will have as a target market, the large producers of pepper from the Municipality of Fresnillo
and its surroundings.

BENEFITS TO THE COMPANY

The initial scope of the project was to perform the project in a functional manner, where currently
the current scope of the project is better than planned, since the project was carried out in a
satisfactory and functional manner, where it has a large scope of operation and energy saving.

Changes that took place on the progress of the project that were as repositioning of sensors and
actuators were contemplated and redesigned.

LEARNING
The planning of the project for its implementation was known to be carried out in an efficient and
orderly manner, where the previously acquired knowledge in different design, control, electronic
and manufacturing processes was applied, teamwork was learned to reach the objective of the
project and Collaborate with a company to apply the project based on your needs.
