    charcoal or coke and common salt in alternate layers of 15cm (compacted thickness) around
    the earth electrode and Concrete earth pit in PCC(1:3:6) type C-1, 50mm thick pre cast RCC
    1:1.5:3 type A-1 cover slab reinforced with 8mm dia mild steel TMT bar @ 15cm centre to
    centre both way and suitable handle of 10mm dia round bar, including necessary excavation
    earth work in soft/loose soil and disposal of spoil to a distance n.exc 50m and necessary
    testing complete all as specified and as directed. (Note : (i) Earthing strip & GI protection pipe
    beyond 7.5 mt shall be measured & paid separately
