Bringing Quality Basic Services Closer to the People

Background:

The City Government of Cauayan together with all its officials and employees is dedicated to
effective delivery of basic facilities and services to the community. However, though these
services are already available to the people, there are instances that a number of constituents
cannot avail these services. This fact maybe attributable to several factors such as lack of time
and financial means to go to the poblacion and even insufficient knowledge in processing their
transactions.

Objectives:

The City Government of Cauayan aims to further the delivery of its quality basic facilities and
services to the community by reaching out and interacting with its constituents and its barangay
level.

Specially, it aims to:

1.) give better access to the constituents of the basic services offered by the city;
2.) bring the services of the City Government of Cauayan closer to every Cauayeños: and
3.) Foster and sustain cooperation among government stakeholders, developing partners and
non-government organizations.

Activities and Duration

_____________ will be held every __________ to cater every barangay of all regions. The
program duration is from 7:30 am to 12 noon starting with a simple opening program and ending with a
simple buffet lunch with all the participants.
