In the interest of the service and to ensure efficient implementation of the Programs on
Awards and Incentives for Service Excellence of the Department pursuant to Department
Order No. 335, series of 2002, the DPWH-PRAISECommittee is hereby reconstituted as
follows:

Chairman Undersecretary ARDELIZA R. MEDENILLA, MNSA, CESO I

Vice-Chairman Assistant Secretary B. ELIZABETH E. YAP, Ph.D., CESO II
Members Director MICHAEL S. VILLAFRANCA
Director CONSTANTE A. LLANES
Director MARICHU A. PALAFOX

Two (2) Representatives from the DPWH CO-Employee

Union: one (1) for the 1st level and one (1) for the 2nd level,
who shall both serve for a period of three (3) years

The Committee shall be responsible for the development, administration, monitoring and
evaluation of awards and incentive systems of the Department, adhering to equal
opportunity principle promoting non-discrimination as to rank, age, gender, religion,
disability, civil status, ethnicity or political affiliation.

The Committee shall be assisted by a Secretariat from the Human Resource

Management Division, HRAS.

This Order supersedes D.O. 72, series of 2014 and shall take effect immediately.
