Introduction
This document is intended to provide team compositions, strategies, videos, etc. for the new
Sith Triumvirate Raid: Heroic Tier. All content contained within here has been freely provided
by the SWGOH community with the sole purpose of helping everyone achieve success in the
new raid.
All screenshots and team compositions you see here will work in all phases, but are specifically
taken from top level players posting scores of their Heroic (T7) tier runs. We’ve observed, at
least from tier 6 to tier 7 (heroic), these scores will scale up or down by a factor of 4 (on
average). This means for a score you see in Tier 6, you should expect to receive around 4 x
less in Tier 7. Conversely, for a score you see in Tier 7, you should expect to receive around 4x
more.

Before You Begin

Now...before you begin...BREATHE! This raid is a grind. With the exception of RJT’s resistance
in P1, we are going to live in the damage world of 500,000 to 2 million - RJT doing 2.5m to 5m
just for p1. This raid is designed such that posting 0’s is simply not going to fly. You will want all
50 of your people participating in this so be prepared for the grind!

First things first, get over the thought that you need to be a super high GP guild to finish this
raid. That’s simply not the case. What you do need is the right teams, in the right numbers,
doing a set amount of damage per phase. Maegor of DeathStarRow SWA put together a

In an effort to help guild leaders in my own cluster, I created a Google Spreadsheet to provide
those guild leaders a means by which they can check and plan for their Heroic Sith Raid. In
filling out the number of teams you have - for the core raid teams - you will be able to see
whether or not you can put up the damage needed to complete the raid. Please note that this

Rey (Jedi Training) Lead

● With BB-8, Resistance Trooper, Rey (Scavenger), HEALER or R2
○ This team is all about specials. Thus, it does not trigger DN’s defense down and
protection boost combination.

they quickly cool down
○ Healers could be Chirrut, Visas, or Hermit Yoda

○ These runs are highly RNG dependent. It can take multiple attempts to finally put
together a run like this.

● The fewer teams you need to run to finish this phase, the more RJT teams you will have

● Rey (Jedi Training) mind tricks to reduce Darth Nihilus turn meter and when used later,
remove debuffs with it
● Resistance Trooper Special on Darth Nihilus to try and land an expose
● If Resistance Trooper’s expose fails, use Rey (Scavenger) Leverage against Darth
Nihilus to try and land it
○ Otherwise, use her basic on a side toon
● Alternate Healer specials
● Alternate 5th’s specials
● Use Mind Tricks on Darth Nihilus only when he’s buffed and/or has > 30% turn meter

General Strategy
● Stealth based teams work really well here since they can’t be countered
○ Teebo and ewoks
○ Zaul teams
○ Titans/Ackbar mix with R2
● Keep Pain debuffs on your attackers but cleanse them from your Tanks (taunters) and
healers.
○ Pain on your attackers gives them big dmg boosts
● Be mindful of his AOE and revive (he gets an offense boost for his next turn)
● Sabine’s Armor Shred works well here
● Toons that ignore armor like Sion and Sith Marauder
○ SASS and SIT ignore protection (thank you for the correction)

Team Composition for this Strategy

● Asajj Lead, Talzin, Daka, Zombie, Talia
NOTE: For running Acolyte, it's largely the same but see SirGeorgeous's video [HERE] for the
differences. This video also covers the core principles of how to run NightSisters under Asajj in
this phase.
Modding Suggestions
● Asajj: CD x 4 + Health/Any x 2.
○ >3400 Phys Dmg, Speed > 150 (not that important though)
○ Don’t need to worry about CC as she will gain after a couple quick deaths
○ Offense Arrow, CD Triangle, Offense Cross, Health Circle
● Talzin: CD/Offense x 4 + CC x 2.
○ A full CD set (216% CD) with high offense secondaries, is the best configuration
○ Special Dmg > 5500, > 40% Special CC, > 150 speed
○ Offense Arrow, CD Triangle, Offense Cross, Health Circle
● Daka: Speed x 4 + Health x 2 or Health x 6
○ > 220 speed, Health Circle, Health Cross, Health Triangle
○ > 35,000 health; you want her fast and healthy

○ Most likely she’s to be used for an additional toon to die so

Basic Attack Strategy
● Don't hit DN before Talzin's Dark Magik, greater chance of landing plague (more below)
● Kill the adds before DN uses Feed the Void or Sion uses Held by Hatred
● Try not to hit DN with Daka or Zombie, not worth speeding up DN from weak toons
● Use Talzins Spirit blade on DN regardless of whether anyone has defense down or not.
● Alternate your attacks to side toons or Sion when you have defense down and only basic
available
○ If no side toon available, hit Sion.
○ If Asajj or Talzin have defense down, you can hit DN (you deal more dmg
than protection regen)
● Watch DN's Annihilate cooldown to ensure Zombie will be taunting when he triggers it
○ If there’s 1 turn left to Annihilate, he will often double attack whereby the first
attack will strip away Zombie’s taunt and then he annihilates.
■ This means you are at risk of zombie not receiving the Annihilate attack
■ Play it safe and use UW on Zombie, Daka, or Talia
● This also prevents him gaining offense, defense, and 30% speed
■ If you have a high gear/healthy zombie, she usually gets the initial UW
buff so you should be able to put her in UW.
○ If at all possible, don't use UW on Asajj or Talzin until you reach enrage prep
(more below)
● Allow Bonds of Weakness to grow based on your healing capabilities
○ If you have low offense and or no zeta on Daka: cleanse at 20 - 25 bonds
○ If you have high offense, you can run bonds 30s - 40’s
○ If you have high offense and a zeta on Daka, you can run 40 - 60
■ Please note that > 50 bonds, Talzin’s Spirit blade call isn’t going to result
in much healing from Talia. Keep this in mind with your strategy and heal
requirements.
○ If starting P4 with full protection, do not soothe until the protection is gone on at
least 3 or 4 toons
○ Be mindful of DN and Sion’s AOE Cooldown
■ The last thing you want is Drain or Torment being used while your team
have low health.
■ There is some acceptable risk here, just be aware of your turn meter and
healing cooldown
● You can absorb the AOE and it’s ok to lose someone so long as
you have Daka available to revive and decent turn meter so you
get to take that turn before the next attack (post AOE)
○ Be mindful of Traya’s Isolate as well. So longer as Zombie is taunting, you’re ok
but if anyone else gets it and dies, your run will suffer.
● Don't be afraid to allow Talia, Asajj, or Talzin to die (higher bonds of weakness)
○ This is why we have Daka’s Zeta:

■ She revives and gives offense up to them
■ With each death, Asajj’s offense/health also get boosted from her Unique
■ Further, if you have Daka’s zeta, her max health gets boosted
● If anyone other than zombie gets isolated, cleanse them at your first opportunity
○ They aren’t going to gain turn meter from Asajj’s lead nor other helpful buffs
○ You also do not want anyone (other than zombie) dying while isolated as they
can no longer be revived
● Don't be afraid to heal and heal often...BUT...look at everyone's health first
○ You heal often so you ensure you trigger Asajj's Lead bonus of +50% turn meter
when damage is done on the next attack
○ However, if 3 or 4 of the team are already full, you can save it for another turn or
use a different toons heal
● Monitor DN and Sion's Enrage timer
○ You want to try to keep their turns in sync with one another
○ If one gets too far below the other, switch your targets to get them back in sync
Plague Runs
● Plague runs can both help and hurt your run. You need to be very careful how you attack
and manage it.
● To land plague:
○ Use Dark Magick to infect the side toons and then do not hit them, or at least the
one with highest turn meter
○ When one of the plagued side toons takes a turn, they will spread plague to a
boss (either DN or Sion, or both)
■ When the boss takes a turn, they will spread it to the other one
○ Spreading plague cannot be resisted so Tenacity and Potency do not matter
● Managing / Attacking with Plague:
○ When you have plague on DN, continue your normal attack strategy with
everyone by Talzin
○ For each of Talzin’s basic turns, while DN has plague, hit Sion or a side toon
■ This will do dmg to DN as well and count as an attack, giving him +30
speed
■ If, however, you attack DN with Talzin’s basic, you will do double damage
BUT also give him double the speed boost, +60 instead of just +30
○ Ensure you allow the boss or side toons without plague to take a turn
■ This will spread plague to them and will be very useful in keeping the
plague spread train rolling.
○ Focus attacks, where appropriate, more to Sion so he takes more turns early on
■ This allows you to both build cycle of suffering but also spread more
plague counts
■ As your run matures and Sion nears enrage, you cease this strategy and
try to balance their turns to enrage

● Special Exceptions / tricks:
○ If DN’s turn meter is almost full, you can hit him with Talzin’s basic.
■ This is contrary to the normal attack strategy but because each hit has a
chance to remove turn meter, it’s worth taking the risk
■ Just be mindful of your teams health and turn meter before doing this
● Low health or no healing available would make this move quite
risky
○ At the start of the match, this would have the negative impact of reducing the
offense boost to Asajj. As such, I don’t remember trying to land plague at the
beginning. Best to kill the sides first so they boost Asajj, then land plague on the
side toons added by Sion’s first turn.
○ Getting the right RNG so a side toon takes a turn with plague is challenging at
times. The stronger your ns mods, offensive wise, the harder this is to achieve.
■ Don’t be afraid to prematurely cleanse the bonds with Talzin so that
you’re not using her Basic before they take a turn
Enrage Preparation & Extending your run

● As you near enrage (1 or 2 turns left):
○ Make sure Daka has a UW buff available
○ Make sure Daka's Chant of Resurrection is ready for use
○ Try to ensure Asajj's Strike Fear and Talia's Water of Life specials are available
○ Take a look at and take note of their AOE cooldowns
● Entering Enrage:
○ If they don't have their AOE's ready to use, you can just use UW on Zombie
■ If Zombie doesn't have it available, use it someone else (Talia or Talzin
preferred)
■ This is to cover for their chance for extra attacks
■ Preference is to not target Daka for UW yet so you have it for later (See
below)
○ If / when they have AOE available, make sure Daka is placed under UW
■ She absolutely must survive past enrage
■ I recommend you also place at least 1 additional toon under it (not
zombie)
■ This is so you have some security for when daka comes out of UW
○ Once Daka comes out of UW:
■ Immediately use her Chant of Resurrection to heal and revive
■ Asajj and/or Talia could heal again if they’re not full health, otherwise
everyone attacks
■ Continue to work on DN
○ Use up your UW's when necessary to extend the run that much further
○ If you're lucky, they will resurrect the side toons so you can get more UW buffs

● SITH TROOPER defense / health : he is here to survive as long as possible so max this
out
● (5th Sith, Zavage if you have him, If not sidious as he can get free tm and healing from
killing side scrubs)
● Sith Assassin should be your fastest toon
Attack Strategy
● Sith Assassin goes stealth right out of the gate (this gives 13% tm to the other sith)
● Sith marauder 2nd special attack on sion, this gives potency up for all toons
● Sidious: AOE attack depending on your potency this can stick an expose and dots, if it is
too low just do a regular attack on the Sith assassin
● Zaul next with his single attack on Sith Assassin
● Zavage hit Sith Assassin, if your hits were good and she is at half you can drop a flying
knee on him.
● Please note that Zavage and Sidious are mentioned there but you can only bring one so
adjust accordingly.
● Now you get to work. While Sith Trooper is alive and taunting let the pain stack up on
your toons, all the way up to 5 stacks. Sion is going to be focusing his attention on Sith
Trooper, which is what you want.
● The team needs as much offense and crit as you can get.
● Kill Sith Assassin as soon as she is brought out because she murders Sith Trooper, the
other marauders kill them as you see fit to boost tm for zaul or get buffs for Zavage.
● All Sith trooper should do is his cleanse of pain, aoe attack, regular attack in that order.
Cleanse the pain off so he takes as little damage as possible.
● Sith Assassin should be stealthed every chance she gets, attacking sion only. Go up to 5
stacks, gives her +150% offense and a guaranteed crit on next hit.
● Marauder only attacks sion as well, same with the 5 stacks. He becomes a freight train.
Use special as often as possible.
● Zaul /Zavage Or Sidious are there to manage the side toons and drop extra damage on
sion whenever they can.
