 LIST OF ACCOMPLISHMENT

I accomplished my job well. During the actual training, I acquired important

knowledge and skill in general work.

I successfully accomplished the assigned work which superior gave. I

accomplished assignments to the best as I can without saying anything.

In the period of my training, I encountered many problems while doing my

task.

I believed that it was just a challenge to show my true ability and strength

to my situation.

PROBLEMS MEET:

I encountered some problems while I was in training.

1. Shy person

2. Watching TV. While on duty.

3. Other staff is unprofessional

4. Fear to negotiate foreigner client.

5. Not being confidence to met higher rank person.

RECOMMENDATION:

Based on my problems meets, the following were recommended.

1. Trainee should feel confidence at all times and ready to do task without the

command of the superior.

2. Trainee must know the rule and regulations inside of the establishments, so

that they avoid accident happened.

3. Some staff are unprofessional, trainee should avoid person who are uncouth.

It’s better to work than to talked.

4. Trainee should not fear to negotiate to the foreigner clients and treat them as

well as regular clients.

5. Trainee should practice and exercised a better person so that it will easy to

have a great job for the future.

 NARRATION

During the enrolment on the first semester, students are busy to prepared

their tuition fees, scheduled for their subjects completed their requirements, etc.

student also prepared their respective requirements for on-the-job training.

On the last week of May 2009, I decided to went to the City Hall to pass

my resume and the letter from school for my on-the-job training, I gave it to one

of the staff of AnCCATPO when the staff pick-up my resume the staff went inside

the room and suddenly called my name and I went inside, I was directly

interviewed and then the head coordinator said that maybe you start in Monday.

June 1, 2009 on the first day in AnCCATPO it have a program titled AHUNAN sa

Antipolo, Antipolo visit Mayor of the Marikina Mayor Maritess Fernandez and his

husband Chairman Bayani Fernandez. Both of the Mayor’s tackles the

cleanliness of both Municipalities.

My first day was so difficult for me as what I felt. I felt uncomfortable

because all staff is looking at me, like a terror teacher n the school. Meanwhile, I

asked one of the staff what I was going to do. So, they give me a task that

moment, I was very careful to do the task they gave because I don’t want to have

any complained and any accident happened.

On that they, I was very courteous, I followed every commands of the

staff. As what I thought, every trials encountered has a lessons. It will carry

through the future. In the next day, I expected, it the same again that I felt

uncomfortable but I failed my expectation because they admired my work task on

that first day. They are all friendly, supportive and honest persons. Then, they
gave my respective assignments and task. The staff also helped me to enhance

may abilities and skills in my work. They are all concerned about problems and

they also advised me. I was also experience to went in Tanay, Rizal because

AnCCATPO have a progamme, Araw ng Lalawigan in that time I was so nervous

because all the head coordinator of City Hall I encountered also the Mayor Nilo

Leyble and the Vice Mayor Enchong Zapanta. We served food and give the

color-coding t-shirt to the staff as well as the head coordinator. Meanwhile I talk

to my superior and I was said that my 170 hours of on-the-job training near to

end and was planning to continue my 430 hours in travel agency because my

course Tourism needs that particular training. The head coordinator said yes he

said that in their training that their gave is not exactly feet to my course. I

accomplished 170 hours in AnCCATPO.

On July 19, 2009 I went to Super Travel Int’l in SM Taytay to pass my

resume and the letter from the school in that moments I was directly interviewed

of one of the staff and they said maybe you can start at Tuesday. I surprised at

that moment I never expect that I easy hired in that moment and what I’m only

say is thank you and give smile to her. Tuesday July 21, I went to Super Travel

Int’l I was so thankful because I feel comfortable and all the staff are kind and

helpful, Ma’am Jelyn told me that she teach me tomorrow about ABACUZ, I

smiled and thank her. The next day she teached me how to use ABACUZ and

she told that I should memorized to the itinerary for me to be familiarized in route.

In general, travel agents give advice on destinations and make

arrangements for transportation, hotel accommodations, car rentals, tours, and

recreation. They also may advise on weather conditions, restaurants, and tourist

attractions. For international travel, agents also provide information on customs

regulations, required papers (passports, visas, and certificates of vaccination),

and currency exchange rates.

Travel agents consult a variety of published and computer-based sources

for information on departure and arrival times, fares, and hotel ratings and

accommodations. They may visit hotels, resorts, and restaurants to evaluate

comfort, cleanliness, and quality of food and service so that they can base

recommendations on their own travel experiences or those of colleagues or

clients.

Travel agents also promote their services, using telemarketing, direct mail,

and the Internet. They make presentations to social and special-interest groups,

arrange advertising displays, and suggest company-sponsored trips to business

managers. Travel agents no longer receive commission payments from domestic

airlines, and agents face increasing competition from the Internet for low-cost

fares. In an effort to find a niche in the market, many travel agents now specialize

in travel to certain regions or for certain groups of people, such as

honeymooners, grandparents, or ethnic groups.

This is what I accomplished and experience in travel agency I was happy

because I experience and for a meanwhile become a travel agent.

 Epilogue

Life comes with no guarantees, no time outs, and no second chances.

You just have to live life to the fullest, tell someone what they mean to you and

tell someone off, speak out, dance in the pouring rain, hold someone's hand,

comfort a friend, fall asleep watching the sun come up, stay up late, be a flirt, and

smile until your face hurts. Don't be afraid to take chances or fall in love and most

of all, live in the moment because every second you spend angry or upset is a

second of happiness you can never get back.

This is the truth I think that turn things upside down I can’t hope in my life

to change I would be lying to you if I said that I have a great future ahead that I

can recover from past mistakes that happened in my life can be filled with joy that

I can have a deep sense of purpose more than anything I must know that human

beings cannot accomplish this thing and I am convinced of this because I am

capable of is failure I have made a complete mess of my life and I refuse to

believe under any circumstances that I can turn things around in the coming

years I may think that maybe my life is bad now but there is much more to come

have only one destiny and whether I like it or not this what is real.
