A. STUDENT DEVELOPMENT
 Conducted Initial Oral Reading Test
 Improve level of proficiency through various performance tasks like jazz chant,
speech choir, story-telling, reader’s theatre and the like.
 Encourage students to participate in various activities

B. TEACHER DEVELOPMENT
 Attended RPMS-PPST Roll-out for Teachers
 Participated in the Municipal English Olympics and garnered 2nd place in the
Essay Writing Category (Coach)
 Enrolled in Professional and Advanced Studies at Colegio de Dagupan
 Served as Master of Ceremonies during the various school activities

C. CURRICULUM DEVELOPMENT
 Followed time on task
 Demonstrated mastery of the subject matter
 Prepared teaching devices
 Constructed Daily Lesson Logs in line with the contents of the Budgeted Lesson
Plan and Curriculum Guide
 Integrated GAD Core Concepts in Daily Lesson Logs
 Integrated ICT in teaching lessons
 Constructed test questions with table of specifications following the Bloom’s
Taxonomy of Cognitive Domain
 Spearheaded the 2018 Literacy Week Celebration to promote the enhancement
and proficiency of the 5 Macro skills: Reading, Writing, Viewing, Listening and
Speaking
 Conducted feeding and tree planting activities during the English Festival

D. PHYSICAL FACILITIES
 Improved classroom set-up by putting reading corner in line with the Innovative
Work Plan entitled Project GREEY: Great Reading Environment for Empowering
the Youth
 Supervised students while cleaning their assigned tasks
 Emphasize the maintenance of orderliness and cleanliness of the school premises

E. COMMUNITY LINKAGES
 Accommodate parents who came to monitor their child’s performance during
PTA meetings and card day
 Established home-school partnership program through home study records
 Seek financial support from parents through a fund drive during the On-the-Spot
Income Generating Program
 Sought support from Barangay and SK Officials in the Book Fair during the
Literacy Week
