The business will be named NJ Photography and Video Studio, it is a

start-up photo and video studio that will be located in Barangay Macamot

Binangonan, Rizal. The business expects to grab the attention of the people

living in the community to be their regular customer based on the unique and

innovative way of capturing special moment of their lives. Also, the business

plans establish a strong market position in the town by introducing this kind of

business venture. The project also aims to offer its services at a reasonable price

to pacify the demand of middle – to – higher income local market area residents.

The business will be owned and managed by its five partners and if will be

in the form of partnership. One of the partners has an extensive experience

taking pictures and therefore he will be acting as the manager and as well the

photographer of the business. The business intends to hire qualified personnel to

handle customer service and day – to – day operations.

Globally, the photo studio industry has recently experienced rapid growth.

In line with that, the demand of the people to discover and find suitable services

to fulfil their needs and wants at a practical price also increases. NJ photography

Studio wants to establish a large regular customer base, that contemplate the

business and marketing on local residents of Barangay Macamot and the nearest

barangay specifically the couples – to – be, ladies – turning – eighteen and the

silver and golden anniversary celebrants, which will be the business dominant

target market. With that it will establish a healthy and consistent revenue base to

ensure the stability of the business with an expected income up to P600,000 in

the first years of operation of the firm.

The business offers an inventive ways of taking pictures together with an

innovative technologies and equipment’s to generate the best snapshots ever.

The business will also have the indoor and outdoor studios with different themes

attuned to the needs of the customers.

 The business will pay 30 percent tax the basis of the firm’s net income

and 12 percent Value – Added Tax for exceeding P1,919,500 gross sales. It will

also with the legal aspects by securing different permits and registering with

government agencies like BIR for taxation purposes.

NJ photography Studio and Video Studio expects to raise Php

5,000,000.00 that will service as the capital of the business; this will be

contributed by the partner’s equal this provides the bulk of the current financing

required. A portion of this capita will be used in land acquisition and in

construction of the building and studio for the photography firm. The other will be

used in purchasing equipment’s, furniture’s, props, office supplies and materials

that will be needed by the business. The total capital invested by the partners will

be fully earned in 3 years and 11 months. Furthermore, the firm’s return on

investment can increase from 9% up to 12%during its fire years of operation.

Social responsibility is primarily concerned in the social welfare or

common good of the society. The proponent enumerate the contributions of the

firm to specific aspects and members of the society which includes the payment

or taxes to be paid to the government, giving healthy competition to other related

industries, rendering quality services to the households and providing

employment to the country’s workforce.

The business will encounter several problems as the operation start such

as tight competitions between businesses offering the same service, high-priced

tools and furniture and unstable demands. However, these problems can be

solved through making a new setting plus a good marketing strategy and

acquiring secondhand tools and furniture. Thus, it is concluded that the

establishment of a photography and video studio in Barangay Macamot

Binangonan Rizal.
