Operation Procedure:
1. Check primary circuit.
 Confirm that the power switch is off.
 Check insulation.
 Check for any loose joints.
 Check for any casement grounds.
2. Check secondary circuit
 Check for any loose joints.
 Check insulations.
 Check clamp and cables.
 Check for the wiring connections.
 Insert the electrode in the correct angle.
3. Prepare the ammeter
 Turn the dial to adjust the optimum position.
 Turn on the welding machine switch.
 Turn the adjusting handle to adjust the pointer correctly to
the scale.
 Make a short circuit (arc) between the welding rod and the
base metal.
 Check the optimum current using the ammeter.
 Turn-off the welding machine switch.
