2. Desktop or Notebook computer with an available USB port

Supported Operating Systems

File System Convert supports the following operating system.

Windows XP

Windows Vista

Windows 7

Windows 8

Why does Hard Drive need convert to NTFS

FAT32 file system not support to transfer files larger than 4 Gigabytes.
In order to solve the issue we will have to convert it to NTFS. If you
already have data copied into the external hard disk then you will have to
convert it if not then simply formatted into NTFS.

How to use File System Convert
1. Double-clicking on “FileSystemConvert.exe” to begin.

2. Click the “Scan Device” button.

3. Choose one of the devices and click the “Start” button.

Note:
1. We only support Transcend StoreJet.
2. Check the device is connected to PC correctly.

4. Click “Yes” to continue.

Note: After convert file system to NTFS, it can’t be converted back to FAT32.You
can click “No” button to cancel the conversion.

5. Waiting for conversion.

6. Conversion complete.
