company for Biscuit products, it is privately owned trading and
Distribution Company. RAMJN PHILIPPINES started out as a small
business in 2017 where the company was supplying goods in a small
outlet.

RAMJN Distributors is a partnership composes of two or more person as

co- owners. The name of the distribution company which is RAMJN is an
abbreviate of the names Rizalene, Allysa, Michelle, Jeannel and Noemi.
With this form of business they have the will of pooling the knowledge
and skills in managing the company and much easier in forming the
business.

Policies
 The loss and Damage of the product shall pass to the distributor
immediately upon product being pick up. The supplier shall not be
responsible for any loss and damage in the product.
 All orders for the products shall be submitted to distributor by

personal message or call.
 Distributor shall use the best efforts to promote the products and
maximize the sale of the products in the territory.
 Supplier products consist of the items or classifications of item

listed and the purchase price.
 All of company’s trademarks, trade names, patents, copyrights,

designs, drawing, formula or other data and sales aids of every
kind shall remain the property of Supplier.
 Distributor is an independent contractor and not an employee,

agent, affiliate, partner or joint venture with or of supplier shall
have any right to enter into any contracts or commitments in the
name of or no behalf of the other or to bind the other in any
respect what so ever, except in so far as is allowed by this
agreement.

The pricing of each Biscuits is based from what RAMJN Distributor

research. And the price of the product adjusted based from competitors
and market price.
Promotion
The RAMJN Distributors is completely aware that a promotion can boost

the sales of the company by getting the products moving. The first
promotion is trade discounts. Whenever retailers have a twice a week
repetition of orders from the distributors the retailer can avail a discount
of 20% as long as the quantity of the order in 10 pcs. above.

Warehouse Location
The warehouse location of the RAMJN Distributor is located at General

Luna St., Maly San Mateo, Rizal. This place is the best choice because it
is near the national road where it should be an easy access for
customers and will not be a hassle in delivering the products to different
stores.

also important that the company have teamwork in accomplishing all the
desired goals.
The long Recommendations for the RAMJN Distributors is to stimulate

plan to stimulate growth is to always answer customer needs with new

they need. And as for reinforcing the brand of the company it is through
