Came with the chief complain : painful red macule with scale and pustule in almost entire body
3 weeks before admission : red macule with scale and pustule that already on the neck, face, and chest expand to entire body. She
came with fever, cough, and runny nose (cold). And then the mother took her to Limijati hospital (she was consulted to dermatolo
gist and was given cetirizine 1 times 5mg syr and pct syr 3times 1teaspoon (5ml) and also prescribed topical drugs 2times daily b
ut no improvement
4 days BA : patient consulted to dermatologist and dx as psoriasis and was given metrotreksat divided into 3dose and then cetirizi
ne syr 2times 2teaspoon and eritromisin syr 3times 200mg for 1 weeks and open wet dressing for the pustule
1 day BA: there is no improvement so the patient got hospitalized. The complaint first appear when she was 6month old with red
macule and pustule on the face and neck. She already consulted and controlled routinely to dermatologist and was given prescribe
d topical and systemic drug (her mother forget the name) but the complaint still on and off.
There is no family with the same history and there is no history of applied something on the skin before the skin lesion appeared.
History of skin lesion appeared after consumed any drugs was denied. History of rhinitis allergic and food allergic and asma bron
chial was denied

Dermatological state:
Distribution generalized in almost entire body there are multiple lesion, partly confluence, irregular shape with the smallest size 0
,1x0,1x0,1cm to the biggest size as wide as the back, fined border, partly dry, with the lesion of pustule with the red macule base
d and pustulose crusted, erosion and scale

Dermatological state as for today there is improvement
