Safety Precautions
1. The following is safety precautions to be observed when operating or
servicing this unit.

2. Please read the instruction manual thoroughly before operation.

3. To avoid slippery floor conditions, immediately wipe up any spillage or

condensation in sterilizer loading area.

4. The machine is hot after heating. Always wear protective gloves and
goggles when taking out the sterilizing items to avoid burnt injury.

5. Allow sterilizer and accessories to cool to room temperature before

performing any cleaning or maintenance procedures.

6. Disconnect from power supply before maintenance and servicing to

avoid electrical shock hazard.

7. Only qualified service technicians should perform sterilizer repairs and

adjustments. Use of inexperienced, unqualified persons to work on
this sterilizer or the replacement of unauthorized parts could cause
personal injury or result in costly damage.

8. This sterilizer is not designed to process flammable liquids.

9. Don’t sterilize any toxic, corrosive or unpacked liquids.

4
Prepare For Operation
1. Check chamber interior is clean.

2. Check door gasket if it is brittle or has cracks, replace it.

3. Always keep drainage valve and exhaust valve close before start the
operation.

4. We recommend the use of distill water or filtered water to prevent water

scale build up in the chamber and steam generator.

5
Operation Instructions
1. Open the door, close drainage valve and exhaust valve, fill the chamber with
2300c.c. distilled water (avoid scale generated in heating process) then
cover the plate.

2. Place materials to be sterilized into the wire basket then load the chamber.

3. Swing door close by hand and rotate door handle clockwise as far as it will
go using normal hand pressure.

4. Set sterilize temperature from 121 C to 132 C. (Refer to P.9 recommended
sterilization exposure period).

5. Set sterilize time on timer. Timer working only the setting temperature is
reached. (Refer to P.8 timer setting & P.9 recommended sterilization
exposure period).

6. Turn sterilizing / drying switch to STER. Position, then push the start
button (the button lights up), the cycle from heating, sterilizing, will be
progressed automatically.

7. When the sterilizing cycle finished the buzzer sounds about 20 seconds and
the power shuts off automatically (the start button lights off).

8. Turn sterilizing / drying switch to OFF position.

9. Open the exhaust valve slightly until the pressure drop down to 1 kg/cm2,
close it. Then open the drainage valve to drain the water out of the
chamber.

10. For liquid sterilization. After sterilizing cycle finished. Don’t open
exhaust & drainage valves just wait the pressures drop down to zero (it will
take 15~25mins.) then open the door.

11. To increase drying effect, left materials inside the chamber. Make sure the
water comes out of the chamber and pressure gauge has returned to zero
then turn sterilizing / drying switch to DRY. position and close the drainage

valve, then push the start button (the button lights up), set timer for drying
cycle and open the door slightly to let steam come out easily.

12.When the drying cycle finished the buzzer sounds about 20 seconds and the
power shuts off automatically (the start button lights off).

13.Turn sterilizing / drying switch to OFF position.

14.Unlock and open chamber door.

15. Remove load from chamber.

Insufficient water

1. In case of lack water during the sterilizing cycle. The overheating lamp will
light on and the buzzer sound constantly.
2. Turn sterilizing / drying switch to OFF position. Open the exhaust valve
until the pressure gauge has returned to zero. Open the door, refill
chamber with sufficient water and close the door.
3. Follow operating instruction to restart the cycle.

Maintenance & Replacement

A. Daily Maintenance
1. Wait the chamber cool down then remove wire basket and plate outside
the chamber. Using mild detergent to clean off dirt to avoid copper pipe
jam.

2. Keep wire basket, plate and shell of sterilizer clean all the time.

3. Before operate sterilizer make sure the door gasket is clean, then apply
with silicon oil to increase using age.

B. Regular Maintenance
1. Periodically apply lubricant on door component.

2. Remove the heater every 3 months to clean scale to maintain the heat
efficiency.

3. Clean steam trap every 3 months.

C. Replacement
1. Check copper pipes and joints periodically. Any leakage happens, fix
or replace it immediately.

2. If drainage valve closed but water still come out from steam/water
outlet, please replace a new drainage valve.

3. Using flat head screw driver or any proper tool to remove old gasket
from door. Insert new gasket to concave.

*Please call the qualified technician for service.
