Prayer Items
“I call on you, O God, for you will
answer me; give ear to me and hear
my prayer.” Psalm 17:6 NIV
Pray for the full-time staff; and the cell
group leaders. Pray for wisdom, strength
and God’s anointing as they minister.
1. Witnessing & Making Disciples
· Pray for our friends and family members
who do not know Christ and for those
who have heard the gospel but who
have yet to make a commitment to Him.
· Continue to pray for church folks as they
share and witness to their friends. Pray
that each one is willing to pay the cost
of discipleship.
· Pray that our church folks will be stirred
up and be made into disciples of Jesus
Christ and be involved in making other
disciples.
2. Servant-Leadership
· Pray that servant-leaders will be raised
up to care for the congregation and to
serve the community .
· Pray for those we are training up for the
pulpit ministry. Pray for God’s divide
revelation upon them when they pre-
pare their messages.
3. Youth
· Pray for spiritual maturity among the
youth and their desire to serve God.
· Pray for those youths who have enrolled
in colleges or universities that they will
be faithful to the Lord and continue to
be involved in the church wherever they
go.
4. FGT S2
· Thank God for the continuing growth of
the S2 church
· Pray for assimilation of new folks and for
growth, both numerically and spiritually.
· Pray that as we continue with the
bilingual service in S2, more people will
be reached with the gospel of Christ.

5. Building Fund
· Pray for release of funds for the
planning and construction of the
church building.
· Pray for the ongoing discussions with
the architect and engineers and for
the submission of the building plans.
· Pray for our folks as they pray and
pledge.
· Pray for the local authorities as they
process and approve the plans that
are submitted.
6. Nation
Oct-Dec 2010
· Pray for the lifting of the ban of the Bible
in the National language and the pur-
suit for freedom to use “Allah” by non-
Muslims.
PrayerGram
· Pray for a righteous, just, honest and
compassionate Government and a pas-
sionate Kingdom-minded Church.
7. Outreach
· Pray for the church’s outreach ministries
to kids and youth via the Youth Club,
Children’s Church, Youth Fellowship,
Tuition, etc at both our churches.
· Pray for a fresh motivation to get in-
volved in missions, to get involved in
sharing the gospel, to make disciples, to
plant churches in Malaysia and else-
where. Pray for FGT’s church plants in
Malaysia and overseas (Philippines,
Myanmar, India, Nepal, Nigeria etc) and
for their pioneering pastors.
8. Cell Group
. Pray for stronger relationships among
cell members;
. Pray that the cell members will be more
committed and will willingly sacrifice
their time and effort for the cell;
. Pray that all church members would join
the cell groups and grow together in the
cell as a spiritual family;
. Pray for new cell leaders to rise up and
lead new cell groups.
