Collaboration Contracts

Collaboration Contracts​:
A formal written document that outlines the procedures for collaboration and expectations for teamwork.
Includes (but is not limited to):
● How are we going to make a decision when we disagree? (Making Decisions)
● Who is going to do what? (Roles and Responsibilities)
● When is each item to be completed? (Deadlines)
● What interventions will be in place if someone is not pulling his/her weight? (Interventions)
● What is the process for restructuring a team? Removing a team member? (Consequences)
Collaboration Reflection​:
A reflection that evaluates the group’s collaboration and expectations for teamwork. Scores are from 1-4, (1
= below expectations, 2 = nearing expectations, 3 = meeting expectations and 4 = exceeding expectations)
