For ICT Project: “Rehab for a Change” Program

I. Introduction
a. Mission
This program aims to help and rehabilitate the victims of drug addiction in putting their lives back
together, to re-integrate into society through sustainable programs of treatment and rehabilitation and to
pursue a serious and intensive campaign against the trafficking and use of dangerous drugs and other similar
substances.
b. Vision
This program will be known for producing functional members of the society, pursuing campaigns
against illegal drugs and protecting the integrity of Filipino people.

II. Purpose
This program will help rehabilitate people who are victims of drugs and drug addiction. After
rehabilitation, these people will be a functional member of the society. The number of drug addicts will decrease.
And through campaigns, people will be aware of the harmful effects of these drugs to the state of mind and
body.
III. Description
1.) We will find a suitable place to build the rehabilitation center.
2.) We will gather a team of professionals namely psychiatrists, psychologists, psychiatric nurses, detox
specialists, counselors, professors, researchers, and social workers to help us with caring, rehabilitating,
studying and researching, and providing solutions.
3.) Volunteers are welcome to help fund or give basic care or/and needs for the victims with the supervision
of professionals.
4.) We will seek help from the police in finding people who are victims of drug addiction along with the
pushers.
5.) Through intensive therapy, professionals will help people suffering from drug-abuse problems understand
the root cause of their problems and prescribe medications.
6.) We will monitor the people that comes and goes in the program, whether they relapsed or a functional
member of society, for further strengthening and improvement of the program.
7.) Anti-Illegal Drug campaigns and seminars will be conducted in various barangays and municipalities to raise
awareness on what these drugs can do to the victims and their environment.
IV. Support
a. Funding
We will seek help from NGOs and volunteers in funding the program. The estimated value to be spent
for the program is around P4M – 5M.
