EMOLUMENTS & SERVICE AGREEMENT BOND:

Diploma Engineer Trainee:

• Selected candidates will undergo training for a period of 2 years at various

NTPC sites and will be paid a consolidated stipend of Rs. 15,500/- per month
(due for revision w.e.f 01.01.2017). On successful completion of training, these
candidates will be absorbed in the pay scale of Rs. 15500-3%-34500/-.
The wage revision is due w.e.f. 01.01.2017.

• Besides basic pay, candidates will also be paid Dearness Allowance and will also
be entitled for other perquisites under cafeteria approach after completion of
training.

• Benefits such as leave, medical treatment, PF, Gratuity etc. will be admissible as
per company rules in force from time to time.

• The selected candidates will be required to execute a service agreement bond

of Rs. 1,00,000/- plus GST for General and OBC and Rs. 50,000/- plus GST for
SC/ST/Physically Challenged Person to serve the company for a minimum period
of 3 years after completion of training.

ITI Trainee, Lab Assistant (Chemistry) Trainee, Assistant (Materials/

Store Keeper) Trainee:

Selected candidates will undergo training for a period of 2 years at various NTPC
sites and will be paid a consolidated stipend of Rs. 11,500/- per month (due for
revision w.e.f 01.01.2017). On successful completion of training, these
candidates will be absorbed in the pay scale of Rs. 11500-3%-26000/-. The
wage revision is due w.e.f. 01.01.2017.

• Besides basic pay, candidates will also be paid Dearness Allowance and will also
be entitled for other perquisites under cafeteria approach after completion of
training.

• Benefits such as leave, medical treatment, PF, Gratuity etc. will be admissible as
per company rules in force from time to time.
