4. BACKGROUND :
 Oiler is use to oiling the coil from both side to prevent rust..
 Oiler blade heating oil is used to heat the oiling blade.

5. OBSERVATION :
On 14/09/18 RCL-1 was running smoothly but suddenly belt wrapper bottom tracker arm extend
without any command. On further investigation it was observed that D/S and O/S both tracker
arm extend forward with a slow movement. There was not any leakage from fittings, pipes and
hoses. We removed both side solenoid connector from valve with the help of EEI people but the
problem continued. Then we manually operate the valve from plunger suspecting spool stacking
but no improvement occurred.

6. CORRECTIVE ACTION:
Belt Wrapper bottom tracker arm DC valve change with a new DC valve and trial taken.

7. ANALYSIS:
 Check oil quality and found its NAS value is 2.
 DC Valve malfunctioned. For further analysis valve send to MED Hyd cell.
