materials inside his/her assigned building and testing room:
1. Required documents:
a. PhiLSAT Identification (ID) Form
b. Valid School ID or any government-issued ID with
photo (e.g., Driver’s License, Passport, PRC ID, etc.). NO
photocopies
c. Original or certified true copy of Transcript of Records
(TOR) or Certificate of Graduation if the Examinee is already
a college graduate, OR
d. Original or certified true copy of Certificate of Candidacy
for Graduation or Certicate of Enrollment in the final year
level of their course program if the Examinee is a graduating
college student this current school year
e. PhiLSAT Examination Pass
2. Pencils (No. 2 or HB) with/and erasers
3. One (1) piece transparent plastic envelope for personal
valuables, prescription medicines, and other allowed items.
PhiLSAT results of an examinee shall be WITHHELD INDEFINITELY
if he/she fails to submit or present any of the above required

The PhiLSAT Examinee MUST NOT bring the following prohibited items
inside his/her assigned building and testing room:
1. Electronic devices (i.e., tablets, digital and smart watches)
2. Recording or photographic devices (i.e., voice recorders,
translators, cameras)
3. Listening devices and media players (i.e., iPods, MP3/4 players)
4. Calculators of any kind
5. Books, dictionaries, printed materials of any kind, blank sheet(s)
of paper, etc.
6. BAGS OF ANY KIND (i.e. ladies bag, shoulder bags, attache case,
backpacks, opaque pouches/cases, etc.)
Any examinee found in possession of or using any of the above
prohibited items shall be DISMISSED from the testing room.
His/her answer sheet will be INVALIDATED and he/she will NOT
receive any PhiLSAT score.
CEM WILL NOT PROVIDE DEPOSIT BOOTHS FOR PROHIBITED
ITEMS. CEM SHALL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE OR
ACCOUNTABLE FOR ANY ITEM(S) THAT WILL BE LOST
