Fire occurred at 10:00Hrs on 25/12/2018 at the top cover of cold box at

ammonia-1. Fire completely extinguished at 20.35Hrs. Fire

extinguished by using 50 Kg of loose Dry chemical powder and 02 nos
of Asbestos sheet. Firstly fire crew put the wet asbestos sheet on the
top cover and after that they put 50 Kg of losse Dry chemical powder
on wet asbestos sheet . Fire extinguished by cut off the oxygen supply
by doing blanketing.
