PROJECT SCOPE

I. Project Objective

To construct a high quality, custom home within five months at cost not exceed ___

II. Deliverables

 A 98 square meters, 2 – bath, 3- bedroom, finished home.

 With thermal and moisture protection, built in cabinets, lockers, baseboards and
moulding and grilles, handrails and balusters.

III. Milestones

1. Permit approved – January 4

2. Start of construction – January 7
3. End of construction – May 31
4. Final inspection – June 3
5. Ready for occupancy – June 7

IV. Technical Requirements

1. Home must comply with the Philippine National Building Code.

2. Structure must pass the seismic stability codes.

V. Limits and Exclusions

1. The home will be built to the specifications and design of the original blueprints provided by the
customer.
2. Owner responsible for landscaping.
3. Contractors reserves the right to contract out services.
4. Contractor responsible for subcontracted work.
5. Electrical and plumbing works were under a subcontracted works.
6. 35% of the total material cost is allotted to Electrical Works.
7. 25% of the total material cost is allotted to Plumbing Works.
8. Site work limited to Monday through Saturday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
