Instructions to the Candidates

1. After receiving OMR sheet , candidate must report to the invigilator if details printed on OMR sheet does not match with details printed on Hall
ticket/Admit card .
2. All candidates shall be present at the Examination Venue at least 1 Hour before the scheduled examination time along with the Admit Card.
3.Hand OMR answer sheet to the invigilator after completion of test . No candidate shall be allowed to enter Examination Hall 15 minutes after the
commencement of Examination.
4. A candidate must sit in his/her allotted seat only.
5. During examination temporary absence is not allowed.
6. During examination, candidates are required to put his/her full signature on Admit Card as well as Attendance Sheet and also affix left hand thumb
impression on the Attendance Sheet as well as OMR sheet on side-1.
7. Examination conducting authority is not responsible for any mistake done by the candidate while putting information in the OMR Answer Sheet. OMR
Answer Sheet shall not be replaced under any circumstances, except found defective.
8. Candidates must bring their own black dot pen. Possession of any book, note, scribbing or other objectionable materials in the Examination Hall will
make the candidate liable for disqualification.
9. No cell phone is allowed inside the Examination Hall/premises of the Examination Venue.
10. No calculator/electronic gadgets, eraser (solid or liquid) is allowed inside the Examination Hall and premises of the Examination Venue. Presence
of any such item shall make the candidate liable for disqualification.
11. A candidate shall not help or try to help any other candidate or obtain or try to obtain any help from other in choosing answers. In case of any need,
a candidate should simply stand up to draw the attention of the invigilator.
12. Adoption of unfair means in the Examination Hall by any candidate shall automatically cancel his/her candidature of the entire examination.
13. Candidates are warned that any attempt to use unfair means in the examination or any breach or attempted breach of examination rules shall make
them liable to expulsion.
14. Notwithstanding the issue of the Admit Card the Centre-in-Charge shall have the right for reasons which may appear to him sufficient to cancel the
examination of any candidate before, during or after examination
15. The decision of the Cell, CEE-2018, ASSAM SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY UNIVERSITY with regard to the conduct of the examination shall be final
and binding to the candidate.
16. Please carry photo id such as Registration card / Admit card of class 10th or 12th.
