Online Document Monitoring

Using Google Classroom

1st Things to Do

1. Register an email account using google online services. Preferably use your first name and last name attached to
the email user account for each identification. Example: Kenneth_barrera51@gmail.com

2. Login the account. Find the google classroom app.

3. After, clicking the google classroom app, click Join/Create classroom. In this section, you will be able to access to
the classroom interface. This can serve two things: (1) You can manage this to monitor assignments your students
in each class. (2) Manage documents for administrators.
Join class means
enrolling to the
classroom
interface. A code
will be given by
your
administrators/
you will it to your
students.

Create will provide you a new classroom.

4. Submit your documents to the following bars. Press classwork to determine the bars used for the submission of
documents.

5. Turn in the required documents in the bars. Just make sure to identify the documents were sent on the right
area.

Insert your file by clicking the paper clip


button (file). If you’re done with your
attachments, then click turn in.
6. For teachers/ administrators you can check the progress of the documents looking at your own dashboard. You
can identify people who failed to submit their assignments/documents in this page below.

By pressing the turned in button. You can now see the people
who submitted the documents together with the people who
failed. You can also monitor the time of submission. It will also
automatically sync with their calendar in order to remind them
of date of submission.

7. For monitoring the progress of each student/ people you can also directly see them by clicking people in the
home page.

name of the person you
want to see. (Note: only
people enrolled in the
class could be seen.)
