- Multimedia authoring is arranging, presenting, ordering information in order to create some

sort such as audio, video and text.

2. What makes an authoring tool labelled as a time-based authoring tool?

- It is because the capability of the authoring tools to create a timeline by arranging each frame
that user want to set.

3. Please explain briefly about contructivist learning theory?

- Contructivist learning theory is the apps developer construct their own understanding and
knowledge of the world, through experiencing things and reflecting on those experiences.

4. Why do we need to choose and follow an instructional design model when developing a
courseware or others apps?
- Low cost
- Saves time
- Easy to use
- Attractive

5. Imagine your boss asked you to develop a courseware about 'Learn ABC' for kindergarten by
following ADDIE instructional design model. Please write simple description about what you
need to do in each phase of ADDIE, starting from Analysis phase until Evaluation phase.

Analysis Phase
- Identify problem.
- Identify app’s user

Design Phase
- Make storyboard
- If the analysis identifies a performance gap, the design phase will outline the performance
objectives.

Development Phase
- Using the information gathered in the analysis and design phase, the performance solution is
created.

Implementation Phase
- Actual delivery of instruction as designed
- This stage includes delivery of the performance solution

Evaluation Phase
- Measurement of how well the performance solution achieved the objectives.
