ICAO BOEING 737 NG FIRST OFFICER

ICAO includes U.S. FAA, Transport Canada, Australian CASA, European JAA and other national aviation authorities

This program gives pilots the opportunity to receive first officer line experience in the most advanced aircraft of the Boeing 737 family and one of the
most popular jet liners available in the aviation industry worldwide.

PROGRAM SCHEDULE:
Phase 1: 1 to 2 months of Airline Operator Conversion Course in Asia with the airline pilot will fly on line with including:
ƒ Company Indoctrination Ground School (Safety Emergency Procedures, Performance, Weight and Balance and Standard Operating
Procedures).

ƒ Company Procedures Standardization Training and Check in Simulator consisting of 1 FBS session and 2 FFS sessions with each session
consisting of 2 hours as a Flying Pilot and 2 hours as a Monitoring Pilot.

Phase 2: Boeing 737 NG right seat first officer during passenger operations for a 1 year duration including a minimum of 500 block hours as a Boeing
737 NG right seat first officer.

PROGRAM REQUIREMENTS:
ƒ ICAO Commercial Pilot License with Instrument and Multiengine Ratings and B737 NG Type Rating.

ƒ Pilots who have obtained the B737-200 or B737-300/400/500 type rating and completed the B737 NG Differences training can join the program.
If preferred, pilots can complete NG Differences training with the facility of their choice after their application for the program has been approved
by airline. Pilots completing NG Differences training need to reach proficiency and knowledge levels in the NG similar to ones reached by pilots
who have obtained their initial type rating in the NG.

ƒ Pilots need to be proficient from the right seat of the B737 NG when reporting to the Airline. Pilots who have completed their type rating course
from the left seat are therefore required to complete some training from the right seat in a B737 NG Simulator prior to reporting to the Airline.

ƒ Age limit: under 46 years old at program start date

ƒ ICAO English Level 4

ƒ Copies of certificates showing CRM, RVSM, TCAS, Windshear, RNP10, Dangerous Goods and Safety Emergency Procedure completion.
Pilots who have not already completed this training with a commercial operator or training facility can have it completed with the training facility
of their choice (or with Eagle Jet’s referred training providers in Europe & the US) once their application for the program has been approved by
the airline.

ƒ As most type rating training centers do not provide this maneuver during the type rating course since it is not required during a type rating skills
test, pilots are responsible for being proficient with the maneuver consisting of Single Engine Circle to Land Approach followed by Single Engine
Missed Approach prior to reporting to the airline.

ƒ Pilots holding a non European JAA type rating will be scheduled to take a simulator assessment followed by (if necessary) training to proficiency
in an NG simulator with a European JAA certified TRTO prior to reporting to the airline in Asia for standardization purposes at pilots expense.

ƒ B737 NG Aircraft Base Training certificate. Pilots who have not completed a B737 NG aircraft base training (or have completed a B737 aircraft
base training in a non NG aircraft) will need to complete this base training with the airline during the conversion course (additional cost of
$4,000 USD). This does not apply to pilots on line with a B737 NG Operator in the 3 months preceding program starting date.

PRICE:
$ 35,500 USD (+ $4,000 if B737 NG aircraft base training is required).

PAYMENT PLAN:
ƒ $ 5,000 is due once pilot’s resume has been approved by Eagle Jet International’s exclusive contracted airline.

ƒ Balance is due 3 weeks prior to the first day of class.

OTHER INFORMATION:
ƒ Pilots are responsible for their living expenses at full time base and are assisted by the airline to locate housing. Should pilots overnight while on
line, the airline will pay pilots hotel room and transportation expenses.

ƒ Support documents are provided by the airline so pilots can obtain the required visa with corresponding embassy.

ƒ One uniform set is provided by the airline.

ƒ Should simulator training take place away from the full time base, pilots are provided with round trip airfare, hotel room and transportation.

ƒ As pilots joining the program do not meet the hour on type requirement to initially be considered for employment, there is no compensation while
attending the line training program. Depending on the airline’s needs and pilots progression during the program, pilots completing the 1 year / 500
hour line training program will be considered for employment.

ƒ Pilots legally commit to not leave the program until completion of the one year period on line.

ƒ As this is a full time program, pilots can only leave their full time base temporarily in order to renew an expiring item such as type rating or medical
or in case of emergency.

ƒ Pilots approved to join the program need to make arrangements to report to the airline with license, type rating and medical valid for at least 6
months and are responsible for maintaining these items current for the program duration. Passport needs to be current for at least 12 months
when reporting to the airline.

ƒ If preferred, Australian CASA pilots can obtain a lower cost B737 NG type rating course in the US which will then be printed on their CASA license.
