 We should not should not judge a individual or organisation on basis of how much ethical
they are
 All the decisions that are taken are not always based on racism it can happen in heat of
moment as in the case of gates.
 In order to change this attitude of biasness we must change mindset of the people
 We must understand overclaiming and egocentrism can have bad consequences
 We must not over discount the future as it affects the future of coming generations
