consultant empanelled by MoRTH under category I (B) for Consultancy Services for

proposed Frontier Highway on the basis of National Competitive Bidding in the State of

2. The Letter of Invitation (LOI) and Terms of Reference (ToR) including Request for
Proposal (RFP)is available online on e-tender portal of MORT&Hhttps:lleprocure.gov.in
and www.infracon.nic.in. Cost of the Documentin the form of a Non-refundable document
fee of Rs. 5,000/· (RupeesFive Thousandonly) in the form of Demand Draft favoring "Pay
and Accounts Officer, Ministry of Road Transport & Highways, New Delhi" payable at New
Delhi must be furnished in a separate envelopewhile submitting the proposal.
3. The applicant shall furnish as part of its Proposal,a Bid Security of Rs. 2.00,000/-
(Rupees Two Lakhs only) in the form of a Bank Guarantee issued by one of the
Nationalized/Scheduled Banks in India in favour of the Secretary, Ministry of Road
Transport & Highways, New Delhi (the "Bid Security") valid for a minimum period of 150
days(i.e.30 daysbeyondthe validity of the bid) from the last date of submissionof proposals.
4. Bid must be submitted online at e-tender portal
https://eprocure.gov.in and www.infracon.nic.inon or before due date.
5. The following schedule is to be followed for this assignment:
