Professional Experience

21st December 2009 – 31st March 2010: Worked for Computer Express on a
short four month attachment, in the Workshop Department as an IT Technician.
My duties were to:

 Configure laptops and desktop computers


 Diagnose and repair laptops and desktop computers

 Customer Service Management – Monitoring customer service levels and standards in


the store, listening, confirming and responding to customer requests for products and

control measures. Develop and ensure implementation of a Shrinkage Plan. Ensure
