1.
Major Steps
Using a table saw, cut 2 pieces of wood 4x11 and 2 more pieces of wood 4x4
2. Using wood glue, glue the pieces together to make a box and tape the pieces together. Let dry for 24 hours.
3. If wanted, stain or paint the glued box
4. Using a table saw, cut the face piece that is 10x3
5. Using a drill press, drill two holes that are 2.5” in diameter for the woofers
6. Using a handheld drill, pre-drill the holes into the back of the face to hold the woofers
7. Using a screwdriver, screw in the woofer into the back of the face
8. Solder speaker wire to both of the woofers
9. Hot glue a piece of styrofoam in between the woofers
10. Hot glue the face onto the box
11. Using a table saw, cut the back piece that is 10x3
12. Using a drill press, drill a hole for the port
13. Put the port through the hole and seal with hot glue
14. Using a metal sheer, cut a piece of scrap metal that is 3x2
15. Drill two holes into the piece of metal for the switch and power source and four holes on the outside corners
16. Attach the switch and power source to metal and drill metal into back piece
17. Solder the wires together to make a circuit
18. Put in insulation in the box
19. Drill the back plate in using 4 screws
20. Connect using bluetooth and play music
What I learned...

I learned that it is beneficial to manage your time wisely in a major project in the beginning
stages.
How I Would’ve Spent My Time
Differently...

I would’ve focused more on the aesthetics of the speaker during the entirety of the project
and not just as I was finishing the project. This would’ve given the speaker a better look and
would’ve sold easier if that was the case.
What I Did My Best Work On...

I did my best work on making everything look even. This included the two holes for the
woofers and the backplate of the speaker. The colors look good together because of the
staining of the outer wood.
What Was The Most Difficult Part...
