Overview
Trigger:
Creating a new customer
Customer master data is the data you require to conduct business relationships with your customers. It includes address data and terms of payment, for
example. It also controls how business transactions are posted to a customer account and how the posted data is processed. Master data, such as
whether complete delivery is required and the default delivery plant, is stored in master records.

Procedural Steps
1.2. On screen " Customer Create: Initial Screen Sales area ", enter information in the fields as specified
in the table below:

1.3. Depending on the customer account group selected, creation of the customer screens will vary.
1.4. On screen "Create Customer:" "Address" tab, enter the below information:
Search Term This will later make it possible to retrieve the customer master record R You may want to use a common, high level term for groups of

transactions, Marketing, Unloading points, Export data, Contact persons.

3.1. The "Company Code Data" button can be clicked to view the company code information groups:
Account management, Payment transactions, Correspondence, Insurance. Alternatively, the menu path Goto ®
Company code data (Ctrl + F2) can be used. With the exception of the Reconciliation account, all the fields on
the other tabs are optional.
