Minimum Voltage Drop

In E-Line KX, inductive reactance is very low due to
closely placed conductors.

-Busbar system shall have “Sandwich-Compact” structure. Conductor bars are double layer epoxy painted. “B Class” polyester pholio layers are located between neighbour conductors. Conductors and
pholio layers shall be packed and placed into the aliminium housing without leaving any air gap as the “Sandwich-Compact” structure requires.
-Compact structure of the housing shall be provided by M6 screws applied at every 19 cm along the entire length. Screw joints shall provide both installation and earthing without any other required
equipment.
-Multiconductor busbars shall be connected in one housing the way that it is unable to get broken.
-The continous structure of the compact system shall be kept at the plug-in points. There shall be no air gap between conductors.
-Busbar housings shall be manufactured of at least 2,5 mm breight aliminium profile, which shall be termically strengthened and extruded. Conductor bars shall be manufactured of RAL7038-
Electrostatic epoxy painted profile material.
-Busbar system shall have all necessary accessories (elbows, offsets, panel-transformer connections, reductions, etc.) Manufacturer shall supply special dimensioned units in short time, if the project
conditions requires.
-For horizontal runs, a horizontal expansion unit shall be used at every 40m and expansion points of the building.
-For vertical applications, a vertical expansion unit shall be used at every floor. Busbar system shall be rigidly fixed by supports at every floor.
2.3- Conductors
-Compact busbar system shall have aliminium conductors between 630 A – 5000 A.
- Compact busbar system shall have copper conductors between 800 A – 6300 A.
- Compact busbar system shall have the following number of conductors and wire configuration.
a) 4 Conductors: ( 4 full size conductors + Housing(earthing)).
b) 4 ½ Conductors: (4 full size conductors + ½ earth conductor + Housing), ( ½ earth conductor and housing are united).
c) 5 Conductors: ( 5 full size conductors + Housing) (Earth conductor and Housing are united)
-Wire conductors and neutral conductor shall have the same cross-section and they shall be insulated.
- EC grade aliminium conductors shall be epoxy painted and Tin-plated in the contacting ends.
-Copper conductors shall contain electrolitical copper. They shall be epoxy painted and Tin-plated in the contacting ends.
2.4- Insulation
- For strong and long life insulation system, conductors shall be plated by epoxy paint and there shall be “B class” polyester pholios (Mylar) between neighbour conductors.Conductors shall be packed and
placed into the housing without leaving any air gap. There shall be 2 layers of epoxy paint on conductors and 1 layer of polyester pholio between wire conductors at least.
2.5- Joint Structure
