CONLUSIONE
When we talk about Business Communication we are referring, in many cases, to a field that has not been well
defined, with a high degree of professional intrusion, with a methodology that is not too clear. The company
dedicated to Business Communication must, in my opinion, be an entity made up of Information professionals
dedicated to providing information and creating opinion states about the companies, people or Institutions that
request their services. In a world in which information is increasingly abundant, where the media is diversified and
the information accessible via the Internet arises with force, the journalist dedicated to the field of Business
Communication must be a specialist in Knowledge.

I will explain this affirmation. Faced with information, raw data, the professional must have the ability to discern
which points are the most appropriate to be communicated, must control the computer tools that enable their
search, treatment and dissemination, and above all should have the cultural background that place in a position of
global control of the tide of information. You must possess intellectual resources that give you references and tools
to make sound decisions in your work. It would not be very appropriate to talk about Business Communication and
its challenges without having at hand an example that underlines with real cases the ideas that are going to be
exposed in this conference.
