Esta especicaciin describe los requerimientos generals para la adquiscén de equipos mecdnicos. B. El cumplmiento de esta especicacén no releva al Vendedor dela responsabilidad de entegar el equipo, adecuadamente disefiado mecénica y elécticamente de ‘acuerdo con las condiciones opeatvas. 4.1. DOCUMENTOS PARA REVISION DEL CLIENTE ‘A. El Vendedor deberd remitr para aprobacién, la lista de anos, documentos, y la informacion soitada con la (Orden de Compra, BB. Un programa de entregas de planos ¢ informacion por pate del Vendedor,soliiado en la requisiion, formard pate dela Orden de Compra formal C. Cualquier comentario realizado por el Comprador sobre fos planos, no deberdn relevar al Vendedor u otto ssumiistar, de la responsabilidad de cumglir con los requetimients de la especticacién. Ningin comentario deberd constr una desviacién de os requermientos de la orden, saho acuerdo mutuo si es confirado por sotto, .
