Introduce the PDP setting:


The school that I am conducted my professional development plan is Al Taqaddom School. Al Taqaddom school located in Al Shamkha
City. it is an old School, and its services some of Al Shamkha city areas. it is Classified as a Circle one school from grade 1 to 5. there
are 53 teachers,817 students, and 35 classrooms. I worked with MS. Nature Sargent, she is from Texas ) USA). She came to UAE in
2016. She teaches English for all grade 4 sections. There are 6 sections with 144 students in them.

Goal
My Goal is to improve my English language Skills in all domains (reading, speaking, grammar, listening and writing), so that will help
me to be a confident teacher, and create a productive and creative lesson plan to assist students in Primary schools to understand and
achieve the concepts that I will teach it.

Justify your professional development goals for this semester.


I have chosen this goal because it is significant to me as a teacher to improve my English language skills. Also, English language skills
are an essential skill that primary students will acquire. Learning this skill will help them in their future to make a good communicate
and deliver their idea efficiently. The children at this age will copy and imitate the teacher, and if the teacher does it wrong, that will
lead students to erroneous understanding. Especially that the English language is my second language, I made unconsciousness
mistakes.

Action 3: The first time I enter the classroom I noticed that MST doesn't use
