Finnish municipality.

 Involved in both activities monitoring and production support

 Monitor periodic data loads from SAP R/3 to BI without fail
 Involved in escalating prioritized tickets regarding extractions, performances issues and
load failures, analyzed and corrected production problems as they occur in the SAP BI.
 Modified existing queries with variable selections on Characteristics and Text using user
entry/default and customer exit.
